Leading People thru Change
It always gets a laugh…I made it through several rounds of corporate downsizing until I couldn’t take it anymore and quit!
It would be so much funnier if it weren’t true. Firms large and small initiate changes that really improve operations. It’s the right thing to do for the business, and it may be done with great intentions, but it is rarely easy for the people who are impacted by the changes. Even when it is in our own best interests, change can exact a huge toll on us.
Join us for a lively workshop on the impact of change on your people. We’ll discuss their reactions, and the causes. Learn new alternatives and simple options to address their perfectly predictable irrational reactions.
Join Diane Eade and Maureen McGuire for an engaging morning workshop! Download the attached PDF for full program information.
