Her expertise and objectivity has helped clients achieve desired outcomes empowering them to navigate change, augment effectiveness, enhance competitiveness and accelerate growth. Sally enjoys working with the challenge of across teams, groups, functions, disciplines, generations, and cultures spanning:  professional services, consulting, manufacturing and consumer products sectors.  Clients have included: Sartomer, Integrated Genetics/Genzyme/Exact Sciences, , Avantec, Millipore, University for the Sciences, Columbia University, Armstrong World Industries, Neotropix, Voltaix, Citibank, BB&N Lenox, ADP, AT&T and Reckitt Benkiser. Prior to Brandywine, Sally was instrumental in several new ventures, as well as held positions with a leading executive search and outplacement firm in the Boston area.  With an undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, Sally has also completed Advanced Coach Training through Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program (CCCP). Professional affiliations include: International Coach Federation, NJ Professional Coaches, NJ HR Planning Group, Morris County SHRM, NJ Metro SMA, New Jersey Tech Council, Women-in-Business (Morris Country Chamber of Commerce). Former Co-Chair of Nite Owls of Mountain Lakes, and current Mentoring Chair, she has served on the Board of Directors, YWCA of Bucks County and on the National Development Outreach Council and Special Gifts Committee for Wellesley College.
