Professional Background

Allan is an award winning business development professional with 30+ years of experience consulting and implementing intangible products and services including leadership and employee development, project management, and information technology solutions. Allan spends much of his time supporting clients in the financial services, health care, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail and utility industries.  In particular, he helps clients rapidly diagnose performance problems and needs (both individual and organizational), and quickly develops and implements appropriate solutions.After completing graduate school, Allan began his career as a manual systems analyst doing work flow analysis at a Fortune 500 company.  His career migrated into project management and product management at a retail automation company.  Over time, this evolved into marketing management with a computer manufacturer and finally into consulting and sales of training and leadership development products and services with a well known communication skills coaching and training provider to Fortune 500 firms. He is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.He is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business, a not-for-profit research, training and accreditation organization. 

He is also a volunteer counselor for SCORE, the nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Allan has an MBA from Rutgers University
